Training at Home

With a capacity to hold only about 300 people, gyms can have as many as 4,000 members. A brilliant business model that succeeds when its customers don’t set foot in the door. It is easy to create an at-home gym, as long as you have enough room to hold a rebounder, you have space.

1. Rebounder

Choose one with a solid frame, legs that attach firmly, and a good-quality mat. Low-cost rebounders, that can be purchased in most retail outlets, are not good for your health as you can seriously hurt yourself by using them. Quality Rebounders usually retail between £300 to £600.

2. Dumbells

The exercises you can do with dumbbells are seemingly endless, so they justify their purchase immediately. Get 3-5 sets in a range of weights to accommodate for different exercises and for the strength you will gain.

3. Tensile Bands

Tensile resistance bands are not only the most versatile pieces of fitness equipment you can buy they are also the most durable. You can target your entire body with resistance bands and mimic most machine-based strength moves.
